1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly.
  • Processing time and delivery of PRE ORDER only items is 20 days. 

2. Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • Shipping within India is free for all orders.

3. Delivery Estimates:

  • Delivery estimates are provided based on the selected shipping method and your location. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to track the status of your delivery.

4. International Shipping:

  • We do not offer international shipping at the moment. However, once we do start international shipping, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking:

6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or destination. If your order is affected by any shipping restrictions, we will notify you promptly.

7. Delivery Issues:

  • In the event of delivery issues such as lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer service team(ccminnim@gmail.com) immediately for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order promptly.

8. Order Fulfilment and Shipping Timelines 

  • Shipping of Gold Filled products usually takes between 5- 10 days days from the time of order placement and confirmation as the making time of these products is longer. 
  • Shipping of 925 Sterling Silver products usually takes between 5 - 7 days from the time of order placement and confirmation
  • Shipping time and delivery timeframe of PRE ORDER only items is 20 days from the time of ordering.
