Warranty Registration


Warranty registration requests should be submitted via email to ccminnim@gmail.com

(Subject line: “Warranty Registration – Platform of Purchase – Order ID”) 

Warranty (Valid for 6 months from the date of delivery)


In case of manufacturing or brand-side damage, a replacement will be provided within 6 months from delivery, subject to inspection and product availability.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Repairs (Non-Warranty Cases) – Valid for 18 months

In case of product breakage not attributable to manufacturing defects (including customer-side breakage of delicate jewellery), repair support is available within 18 months from product delivery at a charge of INR 300 per product post inspection to cover gemstone and material costs. Charges are subject to change based on material availability.

  • If you do not provide proper subject line for Warranty registration/ repair service your warranty registration/ repair request will be declined

  • Keep your invoice handy for next steps as  warranty registration/ repair request will not be processed without original invoice
