Due to the custom made to order nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product

Personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless:

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

Exchange
• Exchange requests for manufacturing defects or size discrepancies must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging (including storage, branding and box).
• Exchange requests may be coordinated via ccminnim@gmail.com. Please send an email with subject line - Exchange - Order ID-
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange and exchanges are subject to availability of the required size or design

P.S Please note that any item bought during sale events is non returnable. We do however offer exchange incase the item is available for exchange.
