Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

    • Each piece is handcrafted with love and made to order using semi-precious and premium materials.

    • Due to the custom made to order nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following cases:

      • The item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product

    • Personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless:

      • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

    • Exchange
      • Exchange requests for manufacturing defects or size discrepancies must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
      • Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging (including storage, branding and box).
      • Exchange requests may be coordinated via ccminnim@gmail.com. Please send an email with subject line - Exchange - Order ID 
      • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange and exchanges are subject to availability of the required size or design

      • Once we receive and inspect the exchange item, we will process:

        • An exchange, based on availability 

        P.S Please note that any item bought during sale events is non returnable. We do however offer exchange incase the item is available for exchange.
